Vini fermi da 1.000 a 30.000 bottiglie/ora.

Sciacquatura, ciclo completo di riempimento vino con il rubinetto elettro-pneumatico,
tappatura sughero sotto vuoto, capsulatura.

Le macchine della serie LP sono progettate per prodotti fermi o appena mossi.
Le valvole di riempimento sono analoghe a quelle della serie HP senza il circuito di sgasatura.In
questo caso la pressione di funzionamento va da 0 a 2 bar. Tutte le funzioni di de-aerazione,
riempimento, iniezione gas sono fatte sulla torretta di riempimento.
Oltre a tutti i vantaggi del rubinetto elettronico, queste macchine presentano evidenti vantaggi
di maggiore compattezza oltre che di lavoro in condizioni ottimali rispetto ad una macchina tra-
dizionale. In particolare, la guarnizione è sempre in tenuta sulla bottiglia e il prodotto non viene
a contatto con l’aria tra una fase e l’altra.

The LP series machines have been designed
for still or lightly sparkling products.
Filling valves are similar to the valves present
in the HP series without the degassing circuit.
In this case, the operating pressure goes from
52 0 to 2 bar. De-aeration, filling, gas injection are 53
all carried out on the filling turret.
In addition to all the advantages of the electric
spout, these machines bring other two main
advantages: greater compactness and optimal
working conditions compared to traditional
machines. In particular, the seal is always tight
on the bottle preventing the product from get-
ting in contact with air between one phase
and the another.
